Mike Hill, President and Broker Owner of SWI Realty Inc, is originally from Southern California. He initially acquired his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry while working for two of the largest privately owned real estate development companies in San Diego. Attracted to Colorado by the lifestyle, beautiful scenery and quality of life, Mike relocated to the Northern Colorado area in the summer of 2004 and established SWI Realty Inc. shortly after.

Mike's expertise in the residential industry comes from more than a decade in brokerage, property management and relocation services. Additional backgrounds in commercial and land development have made Mike a well rounded broker.

Mike is also the Senior Director of Multifamily Development and Operations at McWhinney in Loveland, Colorado. At McWhinney, Mike actively oversees all Multifamily housing acquisitions, developments, and operations, utilizing his 13 years of experience and knowledge of the apartment industry.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys activities such as golf, surfing, snowboarding, hiking, backpacking, mountain climbing, SCUBA diving, traveling, shooting, skydiving, martial arts, and working out among many other active lifestyle activities. Spending time to enjoy life with family and friends is also a priority for Mike.
