SWI originated in the mid 90's in Southern California. SWI was originally founded by Rob "Turtle", and Matt Virtue in San Diego, while the two of them enjoyed the scenery from a bench at UCSD. They are pictured in the 5th pic above. The Turtle (aka The Godfather) is also in the 1st pic, taken at The Ivy in Downtown SD, along with Hoffer, Gibbie, Chris and LeAnne. Mike's old roomates from Pacific Beach, Litro & San, are pictured in Baja in pic #4. Through it's commitment to excellence in upholding the orignal values and standards that SWI was created for, SWI Realty, Inc. has fast been becoming a success in Northern Colorado.

SWI Enterprises is a division of SWI that is dedicated to company and community development. Through networking, volunteering, and sponsored events, SWI Enterprises provides opportunities to get involved with these activities to employees, friends, and the community. Some of SWI's past events have included, but are not limited to, San Diego Gaslamp District Outings, Southern California & Baja Mexico Vacations, BBQ's, Group Dinner and Social Nights, Golf Outings & Tournaments, Camping & Hiking Trips and more. Future planned trips include New Years Eve 2008-2009 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
